Our four-year, ACGME-accredited program is affiliated with the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Boasting state-of-the-art operating facilities, including two da Vinci surgical robots, our residents can practice using the most advanced surgical systems.

Inspira’s OB/GYN Residency provides residents with learning opportunities that integrate and incorporate various patient care experiences and advanced practice settings across South Jersey. With comprehensive curricula and dedicated faculty, our residency programs focus on industry-leading research, cutting-edge treatment methods and safe, high-quality patient care.
Our OB/GYN Residency allows residents to train in a fast-paced, community environment and experience different approaches to problem-solving, a variety of practice models and diverse patient populations. Residents complete much of the program at our Vineland medical center, and training includes participating in the management of high-risk obstetrics in our busy labor and delivery department, learning to perform gynecological surgery and training at our outpatient clinical sites.

Boasting state-of-the-art operating facilities, including two Da Vinci Xi surgical robots and the Da Vinci Si surgical robot, our residents can practice using minimally invasive robotic surgical systems.

Curriculum
The OB/GYN Residency offers a robust curriculum and access to experienced, supportive faculty in convenient locations throughout South Jersey. Each specialty program includes weekly didactics, attending and guest lecturers, clinical experiences and sessions in our procedure labs and simulation center.
Our curriculum provides residents with a well-rounded learning experience, including substantial experiences with high-risk obstetrics, training in robotic and minimally invasive surgery, and training in complex family planning.
Rotations in Clinical Practice
Clinical rotations may include Breast Surgery, Complex Family Planning, Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Intensive Care Unit, Internal Medicine, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Obstetrics, and Ultrasound training.
Longitudinal Experiences
We strongly support all residents to engage in academic research initiatives, and residents can attend and present at local and national conferences. We also offer experiences in our continuity care outpatient clinic.
