A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
Inspira LIFE is a program that delivers all healthcare services to seniors with chronic care needs. In addition, the program ensures participants can live independently in their home for as long as possible. We have two Centers conveniently located in South Jersey – Vineland and Williamstown.
Inspira LIFE opened in August 2011 and introduced an innovative approach to healthcare known as “PACE” (the federally-recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).

Inspira LIFE Participant’s Eligible Services Include:
- Primary medical care
- Specialty care
- Physical and occupational therapies
- 24-hour access to the Inspira LIFE care team
- Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications
- Podiatry
- Dental care
- Vision care
- Hearing care
- Hospital stays
- Transportation service
- Medical equipment and supplies
- Meals at the center and nutritional counseling
- Nursing care (including at home)
- Outpatient services such as lab, x-ray, and surgery
- Respite services for caregivers
- Personal care
- End-of-life support and care
- Behavioral Wellness
- Social services
Other than emergency care, all services must be authorized by the care team. A provider within the LIFE network must deliver these services. Participants may be personally liable for the cost of unauthorized or out of network services.
