Read MoreThrough innovative stewardship of the pharmaceutical supply chain, the Dispensary of Hope organization collects and distributes millions of dollars of pharmaceuticals annually to participating pharmacies and clinics to dispense to low income, chronically ill, and uninsured patients.
Inspira Health Retail Pharmacies have partnered with Dispensary of Hope to ensure improved access to affordable medication for these members of our community, and to reduce the number of avoidable hospital readmissions and emergency room visits that often result from lack of affordable medication.
In order to qualify for the program, patients must meet the following criteria:
Inspira Health’s Dispensary of Hope program has an extensive list of approved and available medications. Our list of approved medications is updated weekly so you’ll always know whats in stock when you need it. To see if your medications are currently available, view below:
To enroll, patients must submit the Dispensary of Hope Checklist and Information Form. Once enrolled, your physician will need to send your prescription to the Inspira Health Retail Pharmacy of your choice, either in Mullica Hill or Vineland. Please have your provider indicate on the prescription that it is a part of the Dispensary of Hope program.
None! If your prescription is on the list of approved medications and you qualify for the program, there are no out-of-pocket costs to you!
Enrollment must be updated every six months. Patients will need to complete the Dispensary of Hope Checklist and Information Form every six months and provide it to the Inspira Health Retail Pharmacy they are using to fill their prescriptions. The pharmacy must then keep the form on file.
