The Early Intervention Program provides therapy for early intervention of developmental delays in children. If you are concerned about your little one’s development in the areas of cognition, communication, personal social skills or motor function, we can help.
Our Approach to Child Development and Early Intervention
An estimated 15 percent of children in the U.S. have at least one developmental delay, but only one-fifth of those children receive early intervention before the age of three. At Inspira, we provide the screening tools families need to better understand their child’s developmental health.
Inspira Health Center Vineland offers an early intervention program for children from birth to age three years who are eligible for New Jersey Early Intervention Services (NJEIS) based on developmental delays or disabilities. The NJEIS, under the New Jersey Department of Health, provides early intervention evaluations at no cost to families, right in their own homes—we come to you!

Early Intervention Services
Inspira EIP provides initial and annual early intervention evaluations to children and families in Cumberland County. An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed for all eligible children based on the family's priorities and concerns. Early intervention services, which may include developmental intervention, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work and family training, are provided in the child's natural environment.
The statewide toll-free NJEIS referral number is (888) 653-4463.
