Mistry, on behalf of the Attorney General of New Jersey, and a Representative of the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Health, will conduct a joint Public Hearing on the proposed acquisition of Salem County Hospital Corp., dba Salem Medical Center, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and related assets by Inspira Health Network, Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit corporation in accordance with the Community Health Care Assets Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.10, et seq.
