Inspira Health's AVP of Ambulatory Shared Services Honored with 2024 Emerging Leader Award

Mullica Hill, NJ (July 16, 2024) –  Inspira Health’s Courtney Timberman, Associate Vice President of Ambulatory Shared Services, has been honored by the New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA) with its 2024 Emerging Leader Award. This award recognizes Courtney as a vital asset to the growth and success of Inspira’s ambulatory services through her proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective change management strategies.

"Her leadership and efforts to drive positive change have been instrumental in improving our ambulatory services that offer critical medical care and support to our community beyond traditional hospital settings. Most recently, Courtney has been instrumental in overseeing Inspira’s Access Transformation project, which implemented centralized scheduling and clinical support for Inspira Medical Group (IMG), allowing staff to further elevate their clinical expertise and create the highest-quality patient experience. To date, the Access Transformation project has spanned 16 IMG practices and has saved the equivalent of more than 10,000 hours of administration time. Her work has also allowed Inspira to increase access for new patients; support meaningful, direct patient care interactions; and improve employee retention.

The NJHA Emerging Leaders Award recognizes those who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to innovation and who exhibit strong potential as a leader. To earn the distinction, the individual must be a pioneer for forward-thinking solutions, exhibit dedication to and deep knowledge of health care, and exemplify best practices for up-and-coming leadership.
