The survey for the 2025-2027 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties is now closed. Inspira has partnered with the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs at Rutgers Camden for this assessment. We are grateful to all community members who participated. The results of the survey will be ready in 2025 and will be used to help us better understand the barriers to community health and the resources needed for public health among our diverse communities in Southern New Jersey.
Our Approach to the Community Health Needs Assessment
Every three years, Inspira participates in a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) as required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). This report contains data from the community and a range of professionals with public health expertise, and it reflects issues affecting our region, including but not limited to:
- COVID-19
- Food and Diet
- Mental and Behavioral Health
- Accessibility, Availability, and Affordability of Care
- Accessibility to Children's Health Care
To improve health outcomes and overall wellbeing, Inspira implements strategies consistent with the CHNA results to address the community’s perceived health needs.
