MAJOR FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory and other systems as needed. Provides second level technical support for PC and network Customer Support calls requiring escalation.
QUALIFICATION:
Education & Experience:
- Associates degree, Technical school certification or equivalent experience in Information Systems or related area or preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in Active Directory Account management or related technical field.
Certification/Licensure:
- Microsoft Product Specialist preferred
