Position Summary

​​This role is ideal for candidates with varied backgrounds, including new graduates, clinicians, IT specialists, or individuals looking to transition into healthcare technology. This position supports a variety of IT systems and applications, with a focus on analyzing, designing, and optimizing solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. While the initial emphasis may involve Epic systems, the role offers opportunities to work across multiple platforms and evolving technology needs. Collaborates with diverse teams, including clinical and operational staff, to design, test, and enhance system functionality. This includes identifying opportunities to improve workflows, troubleshooting issues, and recommending innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.

We are seeking candidates for EpicCare IP - Clin Doc, EpicCare IP - Orders, IP Pharmacy, EpicCare Amb, Revenue integrity, Business intelligence, Cross App support

Experience within a health care organization preferred.

  • ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • ​Experience: 3 years healthcare experience preferred. System analysis, software development, or IT support is a plus but not required.
  • ​Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology, systems analysis, or software tools is a plus. Candidates with experience in healthcare IT or those eager to develop expertise in these areas are encouraged to apply.
  • ​Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • ​Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • ​Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
  • ​Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

​This position works closely with leadership, customers, and other stakeholders, to collaborate and provide IS support, and guidance to improve their workflows, outcomes and overall patient and customer satisfaction at all locations. ​

  • System Analysis and Design: Work with stakeholders to analyze business and clinical needs, identifying ways to leverage technology to improve processes and outcomes.
  • ​Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within our systems. Perform data analysis and reporting as required.
  • ​Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  • ​Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system problems, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
  • ​Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • Strong relationship building and networking across organization to improve customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for properly utilizing the customer service software and adhering to all policies and procedures related to the use of the software
