Position Summary
The Community Impact Grants Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of Inspira Health's community grant programs. The Community Impact Grants Manager works closely with the Community Impact Outreach Manager under the direction of the Administrative Director of Community Impact.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversees the management, development, and evaluation of Inspira Health’s community grant programs.
- Manages and leads grant program personnel.
- Ensures grant compliance including prompt and accurate reporting submissions.
- Oversees the compilation and submission of grant applications.
- Collaborates with the Community Impact Outreach Manager to deploy grant-funded personnel for community outreach and engagement efforts.
- Establishes and nurtures partnerships with funders, community-based organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits to increase awareness and utilization of Inspira’s grant programs.
- Fosters a motivated and enthusiastic team environment to achieve grant, department, and organizational goals.
- Supports Community Impact Administrative Director by contributing to the coordination, promotion, and distribution of Inspira Health’s triennial Community Health Needs Assessment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support Community Impact Department goals.
Note: This full-time role requires regular regional travel, including some nights or weekends.
Position Experience Required
3+ years of experience managing health programs, with expertise in program development, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility for ensuring program success and alignment with organizational goals.
