Behavioral health addiction resource team supervisor

MAJOR FUNCTION:

The Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Resource Manager to provide network-widesupport for the BART team. Serves as lead for care coordination, which includes daily assignments of staff, and utilizing BART resources effectively in the emergency departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

•Masters In Social Work required.

•Minimum of three years working in an emergency room.

•Minimum of three years in social work, counseling or mental health related field required.

•Experience working in an emergency room department with mental health and substance abuse patients.

•Must be able to work with a team network wide.

•Have written and verbal communication skill.

•The ability to solve problems.

•Ability to de-escalate in crisis situations

•Must be a critical thinker.

Certification / Licensure:

•Must receive LSW or LCSW within 3 years of hire required.
