MAJOR FUNCTION:
The Program Physician Liaison is responsible for enhancing the lines of communication, spreading awareness, and educating within multiple disease states on programs offered at Inspira Health. The Program Physician Liaison must develop relationships with IMG physicians, community physicians, patients and internal leadership. This includes creating, managing, and supporting relationships, coordinating and disseminating information about Inspira Health programs, and identifying new program opportunities for Inspira Health. This position will utilize a targeted call cycle and travel between physician and Inspira sites. There will be an expectation that the Program Physician Liaison will coordinate (set-up and breakdown) and attend community events, which could be held on weekends. This position is also responsible for establishing a high level of customer service by fostering relationships throughout the Inspira Health organization, both internal and external, and providing information on new clinical programs and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and oral) and knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Two years of recruitment or sales experience preferred.
Certification/ Licensure:
- Active Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (daily travel between offices and Inspira sites are required.
