MAJOR FUNCTION:

The Inspira Health System Revenue Cycle Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle operations across multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites within the health system. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure efficient revenue cycle management, maximize revenue capture, and minimize financial risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-hospital revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare billing and coding regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Certification/ Licensure:

  • Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCR), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or other relevant certifications preferred.
