Under the supervision of the Intake and Enrollment Supervisor, obtains initial information relating to admissions, coordinates intake process and provides information and referrals to community agencies as appropriate. Promotes the Inspira LIFE program to potential participants and community agencies.
As a multisite provider of PACE community-based services for seniors in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties, an Inspira LIFE employee may work at either or both the Vineland or Williamstown LIFE Program as census changes or operational needs occur to meet the needs of our participants.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors or Associate Degree in Health or Human Services preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in health and human services: case management, benefits, administration, or social work in a healthcare environment.
- Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
Certification/Licensure:
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
Knowledge & Skills:
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Experience or knowledge Medicare/Medicaid preferred.

- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must be able to communicate verbally with all staff, vendors, a client. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination; the ability to use department equipment such as: computer, scanner fax machine, copier, phones (in house and cell) and power point projector. Ability to ascend/descend stairs. Independent transportation required to do home visits. Employees must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
