Peer Support - Wellness Recovery/Behavioral Wellness - Part Time - Day -Woodbury/Glassboro

MAJOR FUNCTION:

The Peer Support Tech will assist and promote a therapeutic environment. Serve as an advocate for the patients while providing an invaluable service for those striving to remain stable and abstinent from mental health, drugs and/or alcohol issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Some college courses in psychology preferred.
• 5 years working with behavioral health required.
• Experience working in an integrated care model preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with patients in a mental health facility.
• Life experience and familiarity with the basic principles of recovery.
