Patient Navigator - Autism DOS - Full Time - Day - IMC

MAJOR FUNCTION:

The Patient Navigator will work with individuals to support and strengthen their capacity to achieve and maintain their mental health and engage in healthy practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Social work, psychology, or other behavioral health required.
• Three years' experience working with behavioral health and/or autism field required.
• Experience working with children, adolescents and adults preferred.

Certifications/ Licensure:

• BLS and Welle competency upon hire preferred, must be obtained during introductory period.
