The Philanthropy Operations Manager is an important part of the Philanthropy Operations team, which helps Inspira Health Foundation cultivate and create a meaningful experience with donors. Under the direction of the Director of Advancement Services and Events, the manager is responsible for accurate and efficient data entry including all gifts and pledges, tracking donors and prospects, and ensuring that acknowledgements and tax receipts are sent to donors in a timely manner. The Manager will provide research reports designed to assist philanthropy managers in the cultivation and solicitation of prospects and funders. The Manager will streamline, document, and manage the suite of policies and procedures for the Foundation. In addition to data entry and donor stewardship, the Manager will play a key role in the development, coordination, and execution of events, which are strategically planned to support donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum of 3-4 years (direct or equivalent) experience preferred in data entry, CRM management, donor relations, event management.

Certifications/ Licensure:

N/A

Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Self-motivated, detail oriented.

Possesses a working knowledge of donor research tactics.

Superior interpersonal skills to build relationships, motivate and engage donors.

Ability to communicate professionally and exercise appropriate discretion with a diverse group of donors, co-workers, and volunteers.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize workload in a timely manner to complete assignments with multiple deadlines.

Ability to think strategically, effectively analyze data, and implement data-informed decisions.

Knowledge of the best practices in philanthropy and ability to implement those practices into Inspira's program.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Goal driven, results-oriented team member.

It is preferred that the ideal candidate has a familiarity and understanding of Inspira's service area, specifically Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester counties.

Excellent grasp of CRM database software is required.

Ability to travel and to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
