Celebrating Our Top Docs Every Day
Hello and welcome to the October edition of Provider Inspiration.
First, I want to acknowledge and thank every member of the LIFE program team for their recent accomplishment: going over 600 days without a serious safety event. Caring for elders who are frail requires love, care and attention—things that our medical staff focuses on to protect our patients. I’m looking forward to welcoming even more folks to the LIFE program now that our doors are open in Williamstown. Please take the time to see if your at-risk patients, aged 55 or older, could benefit from their services.
As you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you’re due for a mammogram, it’s incredibly important to get one and to encourage your patients to do the same. Our Breast Love campaign has done a great job of stressing the importance of screening and early detection.
I’d like to shout out all of the physician accomplishments that we’ve shared in Provider Inspiration over the past few months, including the recently named SJ Magazine 2022 Top Docs. If you have an accomplishment you’d like to share, please let us know by filling out this form—you could be featured in an upcoming edition.
This month, we spoke with Vineland’s chief medical officer, Dr. Linn, about the introduction of Schwartz Rounds, a tool that provides physicians with an outlet to discuss the tough situations they face when providing care. We’re also celebrating the success we’ve had since joining a collaborative accountable care organization in 2021.
As always, thank you for everything you do.
Be well and stay safe,
Amy Mansue
