Earlier this year, we welcomed Dr. Kreitz to Inspira Health as our new medical director of Bariatric Services at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill.
His philosophy of care?
“I always give enough time to every patient based on what they need,” explains Dr. Kreitz in his physician profile. “I would rather sit down and spend more time drilling down to what the patient needs, not worrying about the clock and what else is going on, until we get done what we need to do together.”
Dr. Kreitz specializes in laparoscopic gastric banding, laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric banding, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, surgical endoscopy, endoscopic gastric balloon placement, and revisional surgery.
Most recently, Dr. Kreitz served as director of bariatric surgery at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. Kreitz is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and serves as a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He has also served as assistant clinical professor of surgery at both Louisiana State University and the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Iqbal is a general, bariatric, and vascular surgeon at Inspira medical centers in Vineland and Elmer. He is double board certified in general and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Iqbal specializes in treating vascular and endovascular conditions and performs procedures such as gastric sleeve and lap band surgeries.
Dr. Attia attended the University of Alexandria in Egypt where he earned his doctorate of Medicine. He also attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. Dr. Attia is certified in laparoscopic surgery and finished his bariatric fellowship at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, PA.
Dr. Stephenson received his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA and completed his general surgery training at the University of Arizona Medical Center. Dr. Stephenson completed a bariatric surgery fellowship at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
