MAJOR FUNCTION:
The BCBA is an active member of our Behavioral Health team who will be actively on the unit, primarily responsible for conducting assessments, designing behavioral programs for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, ongoing supervision and training of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
•Masters degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, special education, or related field.
•Preferred 1-2 years experience.
Certification/ Licensure:
•Most hold current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as BCBA.
